5Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus is available to new registered members one time only. Claiming a welcome bonus through multiple accounts is a violation of these terms.
• Bonuses come with wagering requirements — typically 20–40x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳100 bonus with a 30x requirement means you need to place ৳3,000 in bets before withdrawing.
• Not all games are eligible for bonus wagering. Some games contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while others contribute less.
• Bonuses have a set expiry period — if not used within the specified timeframe, typically 7 to 30 days, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Spin Gaming reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

6Betting Rules

The following rules apply to Sports Betting on Spin Gaming:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except for bets that have a cash-out option available.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, stakes are generally refunded. However, if a specified number of overs or halves have been completed, the result may be determined using the DLS method.
• Odds in live betting change rapidly. If the odds change before your bet is confirmed, the bet will be placed at the updated odds.
• If a match in an accumulator bet is cancelled, that selection will be removed and the remaining bet will stand.
• Spin Gaming reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Maximum win limits vary by game and market. Spin Gaming sets these limits in advance at its own discretion.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Spin Gaming and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts or opening an account in a family member's name to claim bonuses.
• Bonus arbitrage — placing opposing bets on the same match across multiple platforms to make a risk-free profit.
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in games or software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using Spin Gaming for money laundering or as a channel for illegal funds.
• Opening an account using a false or stolen identity.
• Attempting to hack another user's account or using third-party software.

8Responsible Gaming
